Seasonal Clean and tunes

During the Spring clean and tune service we will:

• Inspect cooling system
• Check controls and thermostat for accurate readouts
• Replace your filter as needed
• Clean condenser and evaporator coils
• Clean and inspect condensate drain
• Check refrigerant levels 
• Perform humidifier shut down if applicable 
• Check all electrical commonents, controls, and motors for normal operation 
• Discuss any repairs that may need to be made
   

During the Fall clean and tune service we will:

• Inspect heating system
• Check controls and thermostat for accurate readouts
• Replace your filter as needed
• Check all electrical commonents, controls, and motors for normal operation
• Inspect and clean heat exchanger, burners, and pilot assembly
• Perform carbon monoxide check
• Inspect all drains and flues 
• Perform humidifier start up if applicable
• Discuss any repairs that may need to be made
